HARRISBURG: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) announced today that it will hold a public input hearing on Monday, August 16, 2021 at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel to collect testimony on the Category 4 casino application submitted by SC Gaming Op Co., LLC to operate at Category 4 casino in College Township in Centre County.

PA Gaming Control Board Approves Fines Totaling $284,000

HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) today approved six consent agreements between the PGCB’s Office of Enforcement Counsel and license holders resulting in a total of $284,000 in fines along with two non-monetary enforcements.

The meeting will be held online to minimize risks associated with public gatherings in accordance with COVID-19 health guidelines.

PA Gaming Control Board to Hold Public Hearing on June 30th for Harrah`s Philadelphia Casino License Renewal

HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 to take public comment on the renewal of the Category 1 Slot Machine Operator’s license for Harrah’s Chester Downs and Marina, LLC, operator of Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack in Delaware County.

The hearing will begin at 10:30 a.m. at Chester City Hall, 1 E. Fourth Street, in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Fantasy Contests Firm Fined by PA Gaming Control Board

HARRISBURG, PA:  The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) today fined Fantasy Sports Games, LLC for offering unauthorized Fantasy Sports Contests.

The fine of $7,500 was the result of Board approval at its public meeting of a consent agreement between the PGCB’s Office of Enforcement Counsel and Fantasy Sports Games, LLC.

Gaming Control Board Levies Fines

HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) today fined two licensees related to the theft of Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs) at a truck stop and an iGaming certificate holder that allowed deployment of unapproved online games.

The fines, totaling $17,500, were the result of Board approval at its public meeting of consent agreements between the PGCB’s Office of Enforcement Counsel and the license holders.
