HARRISBURG, PA: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today announced that Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, LLC, which operates Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Dauphin County, gained the award in the fifth auction for a Category 4 casino.
